**Quality Inspection**:

- Conduct in-process inspections and final inspections of laminated products at various stages of production.
- Perform dimensional checks, visual inspections, and functional testing of laminated components.
- Use measuring tools and instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product specifications.
- **Testing and Analysis**:

- Ensure products meet company and customer specifications for mechanical properties, adhesion strength, surface finish, and electrical conductivity.
- Test materials and components using standard test methods and procedures.
- Record results of tests and inspections in the quality database.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and test results, and prepare reports for internal and customer reviews.
- Ensure that non-conformance reports (NCR) are generated and tracked for any products that do not meet specifications.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to the QC Manager and Production Team regarding quality trends, issues, and improvements.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for any defects or quality concerns identified during production.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement programs and process optimizations in the production line.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure that quality control procedures comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Follow all company policies regarding health, safety, and environmental practices.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
