**Job Description**:
Crizal Tech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns for our clients from countries like USA, UK, Australia. You should be able to handle all aspects of digital marketing, including strategy development, execution, and analysis.

**Responsibilities**:
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
Develop and maintain a content calendar
Create engaging and compelling content (e.g. blog posts, infographics)
Manage and grow social media presence
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Communicate with clients and team members to understand their needs and provide solutions

**Requirements**:
1 year of experience in digital marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
Experience with content creation and management
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong communication skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
