**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the training content is current and relevant.
- Assess the learning needs of individuals and tailor training sessions to meet specific goals.
- Provide practical examples, case studies, and projects for participants to work on to reinforce learning.
- Mentor and guide participants in digital marketing campaigns, analytics, and strategy-building.
- Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance and update training programs.
- Conduct online and in-person workshops, webinars, and training sessions.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory)
- 1+year of hands-on experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a digital marketing trainer or in a similar teaching/training role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, SEO tools, and more.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Experience in creating e-learning materials and facilitating online training sessions.
- Passion for teaching and upskilling others in the digital marketing domain.
