**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive digital marketing training programs for employees.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Provide hands-on training and guidance on various digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Offer personalized coaching and support to employees to enhance their digital marketing skills.
- Collaborate with the HR and management teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of success in executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
