**Job Title: Security Field Officer (Construction Site) - Multi-Site Manager**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Security Operations Management**:

- Oversee security operations across multiple construction sites
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, procedures, and regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential security risks
- **Team Management**:

- Hire, train, and manage security guards for multiple sites
- Supervise and mentor security personnel to ensure effective security operations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- **Recruitment and Training**:

- Recruit and hire security guards to meet site requirements
- Develop and implement training programs for security personnel
- Ensure all security personnel are properly licensed and certified

**Site Security**:

- Develop and implement site-specific security plans
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential security threats
- Ensure all security incidents are properly documented and investigated

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Liaise with site management and security teams to ensure effective security operations
- Provide security guidance and training to site personnel
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with stakeholders
- **-Requirements**:

- *Education:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in security or related field preferred
- *Experience:*
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a construction or industrial setting
- Proven experience in managing multiple sites and security teams
- *Skills:*
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to analyze security risks and implement effective measures
- *Certifications:*
- Security guard license or certification (if applicable)
- First aid and CPR training (desirable)
- Supervisory or management certifications (desirable)
