- Support inventory tracking and vendor follow-ups
- Handle meeting schedules, minutes, and office calendars
- Assist HR with attendance, leave records, and onboarding

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admin or coordination roles
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication in English and Malayalam
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel locally for coordination if needed
