**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficient in Revit Architecture and BIM tools.
- Manage BIM project data sets, workflows, and project setup on a daily basis.
- Support the technical delivery of BIM projects by coordinating CAD and BIM workflows, creating 3D coordinated BIM/Revit design models, and preparing documentation based on approved drawings and site conditions.
- Assist the project team with all technical BIM-related tasks and issues.
- Review and address clash detection reports with the project team and general contractors, leading this process when necessary.
- Generate reports and schedules for internal use (e.g., exports from Revit Architecture).
- Skilled in detailed design and BIM modeling up to LOD500.
- Knowledge of additional design software such as BIM collaboration Pro, BIM Cloud, BIM 360,LUMION, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (required).
- 4-7 years of post-graduate experience in BIM.
- Proven experience in project delivery.
- Immediate availability to join the team.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
