With a strong presence in India and expanding operations across various states, we are looking to strengthen our team with a dynamic Marketing Executive focused on the Architectural and Construction sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage **BIM models** for diverse architectural and structural projects.
- Create detailed **2D and 3D designs** using **AutoCAD** and **Revit** that meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure BIM models align with design intent and project goals.
- Generate accurate **construction documentation**, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailing using **Revit**.
- Produce **high-quality building animations** and visualizations for client presentations and proposals.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that designs are delivered on time and meet project timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any **technical issues** related to BIM modeling and workflows.
- Continuously update and maintain **BIM libraries** and standards for use in future projects.
- Need to carry own Laptop.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **BIM software** such as **Revit** and **Navisworks**.
- Strong experience in creating **2D/3D architectural and structural designs** and construction documentation.
- Expertise in producing **building animations** and architectural visualizations.
- Familiarity with **MEP, architectural, and structural design workflows**.
- Knowledge of **industry standards, regulations,** and **BIM protocols**.
- Excellent **problem-solving skills** and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- **Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering,** or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working on **large-scale architectural** or **construction projects**.
- Knowledge of additional design software like **SketchUp, Lumion,** or **3ds Max** is a plus.
