The Front Bench Executive is responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and addressing guest inquiries and requests effectively. They play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Registration:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments, payment processing, and issuing keys/cards.
- Verify guest information and update records accurately.
- Handle guest accounts, including charges, credits, and adjustments.
- Guest Service:

- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, such as room service, transportation, and local information.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation arrangements.
- Communication:

- Maintain clear and effective communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
- Communicate any relevant guest information to other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance.
- Administrative Tasks:

- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with inventory control and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Teamwork:

- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in a front desk role, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems (PMS, POS) and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
