**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Signup doctors for the new programs and initiatives

**2.** Responsible for visiting different Doctors.

**3.** **Doctor Empanelment**: Empanelling Potential Doctors with our Clinic to enhance revenue from them through consultation, diagnostics and other services.

**4.** **Doctors Meet**: Meeting Doctors along for generating referral revenue from them.

**5.** Drive strategies keeping in mind both short term and long-term vision

**6.** Work on managing, storing, processing, and analyzing data sets to identify business opportunities/efficiencies.

**7.** Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources.

**8.** Need to work collaboratively with all the stakeholders to make sure that the product meets the functional expectations

**9.** Identify and manage risks

**Essential Skillset**:
1. Experience in engagement with Hospitals and clinics for collaborations

2. Good database of doctors and doctor references.

3. Strong analytical and prioritization skills.

4. Usability and customer-focused experience in healthcare is a plus

5. Numerically minded with strong excel skills and the ability to capture relevant data to use in decision making and reporting

6. Ability to analyze data and identify new opportunities

7. Excellent presentation skills and possess the ability to present key ideas in an articulate manner

8. Team Player

9. Good Communication skills

10. Proficient to approach doctors and lead generation

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- North Twenty Four Parganas, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
