**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to new and existing leads from the database.
- Share details about residential and commercial property listings.
- Understand the customer’s needs and suggest suitable options.
- Schedule **site visits** and follow up to ensure client attendance.
- Maintain a daily call log and update CRM records accurately.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into closures.
- Meet weekly/monthly **targets for calls, visits, and follow-ups**.
- 1 Year to 3 years of experience in **telecalling/sales/** (Real Estate preferred).
- **Excellent verbal communication skills** in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident, energetic, and able to handle rejection professionally.
- Must be a **quick learner** with knowledge of Gurgaon’s real estate market (preferred).
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
