*Job Summary*

Playing a very important role connecting with potential clients to understand what they require in a property and coming up with personalized solutions for them as a Real Estate Telecaller at Samagra Realty, this role of lead generation, client engagement, and scheduling appointments leads to supporting the organization in achieving sales objectives.
- Outbound calls to potential clients from databases, lists, or referrals. Identifying and qualifying leads who want to buy, sell, properties. Meaningful conversations to understand client needs and preferences. Providing accurate information about available properties, including pricing, features, and locations. Scheduling property viewings, meetings, and consultations between clients and real estate agents.
- Verify the appointments with clients and ensure to follow up on them, to confirm attendance.
- Call clients periodically so that they remain engaged
- Update clients on listing of new properties, market reports, and other opportunities, etc.
- Record their interactions, inquiries, as well as sales activities by using the CRM system to maintain the same.
- Track and update lead progress very frequently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,136.37 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
