**Job Title: IT Executive - Coworking Space**

**Location**: HSR Layout (Sector 2)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Server & Network Management**:
○ Maintain and monitor server connections, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure optimal connectivity across the coworking space.
○ Configure and manage networking devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure smooth operations for clients and staff.
○ Ensure all workstations, printers, and other devices are properly connected and functioning.
- **CCTV and Security Systems Management**:
○ Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras throughout the premises.
○ Regularly monitor and troubleshoot the CCTV system, ensuring cameras are operational and footage is being recorded.
○ Ensure the security system is functioning efficiently, addressing any issues related to surveillance or access control.

**-Wiring and Hardware Setup**:
○ Handle all cabling and wiring tasks related to network infrastructure and security systems.
○ Support the installation and maintenance of hardware such as routers, servers, desktops, and security equipment.
○ Assist in setting up conference rooms and collaborative spaces with appropriate tech setups (audio/video systems, projectors, etc.).
- **Technical Support & Troubleshooting**:
○ Provide timely technical support for clients and staff, resolving any issues related to Wi-Fi, network connectivity, hardware, and software.
○ Maintain a log of technical issues, track resolutions, and follow up with clients as necessary.
○ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AV equipment, including projectors and microphones, ensuring smooth operation for meetings and events.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
○ Maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, network setups, and security systems.
○ Prepare regular reports on system performance, security updates, and maintenance activities.
○ Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, including server management and network connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in wiring and hardware setup for networking and security systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in network connectivity and security systems.
- Knowledge of server operating systems, firewalls, and network security protocols.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and resolving IT issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of clients and staff.
- Experience in coworking spaces or similar environments is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in networking, security, or CCTV systems (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, CCTV Technician certification).
- Experience with cloud-based systems and remote troubleshooting.
