Head Chef - R&D Department (Pan Asian Section)

**Job Location-: Bangalore Electronic City**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work along with the Consultant and Experienced Chef and develop and refine recipes for the company's cuisine like Dim Sum, Bao, Shumai product line
- Develop variety of shapes, recipes, for Dim sums, Bao's and Sui Mai
- Develop variety of chinese sauces
- Create SOP for the mass production and implementation
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new ingredients
- Lead taste tests and gather feedback from customers and colleagues
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and quality in production
- Manage inventory and control costs for recipe testing and product development

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge and of cuisine like Dim Sum, Bao, Shumai and other Asian cuisine
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
