**Overview**:
The UI/UX Designer plays a crucial role in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across our platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders, users, and data insights.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio of design projects reflecting work in UI/UX design.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or similar.
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of usability principles and testing methodologies.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and provide rationale for design decisions.

**Salary**: ₹250,835.16 - ₹1,098,014.74 per year
