Introduction
- Develop/provide standard reports on Performance and Resilience testing results.
- Analyse tests results and work with Developers and team to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with other interfacing teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.

What will you be doing?
- Prepare / Assist in performing test estimation.
- Responsible for E2E VPT delivery
- Perform root cause analysis of performance issues and suggest corrective actions.
- Execute tests, track and monitor defects to closure and produce test metrics and test reports

What we’re looking for:

- Strong working knowledge of performance testing concepts.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Performance tools sets like Load Runner, Jmeter to mimic business workflows.
- Understanding the non-functional requirements and build performance test strategy and closure report.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in modularizing the generated virtual users script.
- Prior experience with testing DB’s like Mongo, Maria DB and Oracle DB’s
- Strong knowledge of Performance Monitoring Tools like AppDynamics, Ganglia, Wily, etc.
- Strong knowledge of analysing and interpreting performance tests results via tools, able to identify bottlenecks
- Good knowledge and understanding of Performance center tool
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with component and support teams to build technical solution.
- Good Understanding of Technology and Banking Industry
- Exposure to Programming in C, C++, Java or Python is an added advantage.
- Communicating, both written or orally, with both business and technology stakeholders at peer and adjacent organizational levels

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Exposure to Programming in C, C++, Java or Python, HTML is an added advantage.
- Prior experiencing in DevOps activities
