API Software Tester

We seek a professional with expertise in software testing to develop high-quality APIs that meet business service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in load testing, performance testing, and optimizing API performance. Python programming skills are necessary as well as experience with FAST API, caching mechanisms (Redis and in-memory), Swagger UI, and high-performing APIs.

  • Design and test high-performance APIs
  • Optimize API structure for improved efficiency
  • Recommend technical infrastructure improvements based on deep knowledge of the stack
Desirable Skills:

The following skills are highly desirable but not required:

  • Familiarity with data visualization using Plotly
  • Database management knowledge and schema design
Soft Skills:

A successful candidate must possess effective communication skills and negotiation abilities when dealing with highly technical subject matter experts.
