**About Us**:

**Experience: 0-1 yrs**
- Assist students with enrollment, registration, and course selection processes, ensuring they understand and meet academic requirements.
- Guide students in accessing resources, such as learning materials, online platforms, and academic support services.
- Maintain and organize student records, academic files, and relevant documentation accurately and securely.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and academic events for faculty members and students.
- Set up classrooms or virtual learning environments with necessary equipment and materials before lectures or educational sessions.
- Assist educators in distributing course materials and ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Provide technical support for audiovisual equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during classes.
- Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty to support student progress and ensure adherence to academic policies and guidelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with students, faculty, and staff.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Customer-oriented approach with a genuine desire to help and support students in their academic journey.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle student inquiries and concerns with professionalism and understanding.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
