**Job Description Junior QC**

1. To supervise all QC activities with the operational team and ensure complying all food

safety and Quality management system requirements.

2. Ensuring to comply all GMP, Pest Control, Housekeeping and process parameter related with FoodSafety and Quality and to follow up all quality control procedures.

3. To assist to prepare & review procedures and check-lists related to process parameters, food safety and quality system requirements and keep updated them based on current practices.

4. Collects facts and specific information to allow effective assessment of quality and food safety incidents and the efficient generation of reports and report to QA Head.

5. To prepare all QC reports and submit to QA Head.

6. Checking and ensuring Raw Material Quality & Processed Material Quality as per the quality specifications on a day to day basis

7. To highlight Online Process and Line Food Safety and Quality Issues with Production /packing and report to QA head and follow up for its corrective actions & ensure proper implementation of CAR.

8. To ensure taking immediate corrective action for all non-compliance, abnormality observed during monitoring and testing and inform QA head.

9. To maintain all QC records related with food safety and quality system requirement and ensure safe keeping of records.

10. To monitor, verify and validate the control points and critical control points and be active member of HACCP Team.

11. To assist superior for root cause analysis for any abnormality, non-conformance and complaints.

12. To Monitor the weekly QA/QC Activities, Tasks completion & plan for pending activities & report to QA/QC Head on weekly basis.

13. Any other work assigned by Management based on performance and capabilities.

**Competencies and Skills**

1. Good communication skills

2. Proficient in MS Office

3. Ability to work under pressure

4. Must be a Self-Starter & should be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

5. Should be open to travel extensively

6. In depth understanding of quality control procedures

**Reports to**: QA/QC Head

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
