Job Description

- The role involves ensuring all raw materials and required batch sheets are available on time.
- You will be responsible for meticulously making entries in all batch records, logbooks, and other production-related documents as soon as operations are completed.
- A key part of the job is coordinating with the Engineering department for maintenance jobs and with QC for in-process and finished product analysis.
- You must strictly follow GMP and safety norms, attend EHS training programs, and adhere to relevant SOPs at all stages of operation.
- The role requires you to maintain stipulated parameters (e.g., temperature, pH, pressure), record any deviations, and ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness of the equipment and facilities.
- You will also be responsible for preparing production instructions (like BPCR, BCLR, and SOP checklists) and producing APIs and intermediates according to written procedures.
- Finally, you will oversee the health and hygiene of contract workers and manage their performance.
