**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.
- Present and promote construction services to potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Coordinate with project and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in construction, real estate, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand technical project requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
