**Location: Pune Vishrantwadi**

**Salary: 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 + Incentives**

**Job Type: Full Time, Permanent**

**Shift Timings - UK Shift**

**5 days working**

**What your Day might look like**
- Using your own initiative to predict staffing needs
- Collaborating with hiring managers to write engaging job ads for current openings
- Recruiting for UK & India.
- Advertising job openings on a range of platforms, including LinkedIn and careers pages
- Determining qualification and skill criteria for current openings
- Frequently reporting to hiring managers on recruitment status
- Providing interview feedback
- Helping to onboard new staff

**About you**:

- Proven work experience with a solid understanding of internal recruitment.
- International recruitment experience.
- Experienced in various interview formats with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting end to end
- Confident using Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel, essential)
- Forward-thinking and decisive with the ability to use initiative
- Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
- Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines
- Familiarity or experience working with CRM software is an asset
- Superior written and verbal communications skills
