Job Title: Home Tuition Sales Representative
Location: Bangalore, India (remote)

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Educate parents about the benefits of personalised home tuition and tailor solutions to meet their child's academic needs and goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and personalised engagement.
- Address inquiries, overcome objections, and guide parents through the enrollment process with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales approaches.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a knack for building rapport and trust.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.
