**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Robot Production Programmer with a specialization in welding to support the programming, operation, and optimization of robotic welding systems. The role involves developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated welding programs to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety in production processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Programming & Setup**:

- Develop, edit, and maintain robot welding programs (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
- Configure welding parameters and robot paths for various part geometries.
- Interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and CAD models to guide programming.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Improve cycle times, weld quality, and process reliability through program refinement.
- Conduct weld trials and validation to ensure consistency with design and quality standards.
- Collaborate with welding engineers to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Troubleshooting & Maintenance**:

- Diagnose and resolve issues in robotic welding cells including programming errors, weld defects, and equipment malfunctions.
- Support maintenance teams in root cause analysis of robot-related downtime.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain detailed records of programs, changes, and parameters.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- **Collaboration & Support**:

- Work closely with design, quality, and production teams to integrate robotic welding in new and existing products.
- Train operators and technicians on robot operation, safety, and basic troubleshooting.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical.
- 3+ years of experience in robotic welding programming within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with one or more robot brands (FANUC,MIG Welding).
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, MAG, TIG) and metallurgy.
- Ability to read technical drawings, GD&T, and welding symbols.
- Proficient in PLC and HMI interfacing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
