**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on C and C++ programming languages for individuals or groups.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive and engaging training materials, including presentations, code samples, and hands-on exercises.
- Tailor training programs to meet the diverse needs and skill levels of participants.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees, offering support as they work on programming projects.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in C/C++ development to continually enhance training content.
- Assess participants' progress and adjust training methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to update and create new training modules.
- Offer assistance and guidance to participants on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their coding skills.
- Maintain training records and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a C/C++ developer with a deep understanding of programming concepts.
- Previous experience as a C/C++ trainer or in a similar teaching/mentoring role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
- Knowledge of best practices in software development and coding standards.
- Familiarity with various development tools and environments for C and C++.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others learn and succeed.
- Ability to adapt training approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in C/C++ development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
