**Overview**:
As an Offline Sales Executive at Bringletech Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through offline channels. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base offline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Actively participate in sales meetings, workshops, and industry events to expand network and knowledge.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate offline marketing activities and promotional events.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and developments to provide insights and recommendations.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an Offline Sales Executive or similar role in B2B or B2C sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
