Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Explain offset printing services and offers to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in a systematic way.
- Follow up on leads and support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely response to customer queries.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; a diploma or undergraduate degree is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil. Basic English or Hindi is an added advantage.
- Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to learn about printing services and explain them effectively.

Preferred:

- Prior experience in the printing or advertising industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of offset printing processes or willingness to learn.
