**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a **Bag & Accessories Designer** who can bring creativity and functionality together. You’ll be working closely with the design and production teams to conceptualize, develop, and execute collections of **women’s handbags, slings, clutches, and small leather goods** that reflect the brand’s style and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research upcoming **fashion trends, colors, and materials** relevant to the brand’s design DNA.
- Develop **seasonal collections** of bags and accessories from concept sketches to sampling.
- Create detailed **tech packs, mood boards, and color/material stories**.
- Coordinate with the **Sampling and Production** teams for prototype development.
- Ensure functionality, durability, and finish standards are maintained in all designs.
- Work with the **Marketing and E-Commerce** teams to ensure visual consistency and storytelling in product launches.
- Contribute creative ideas to **photo shoots, campaign styling, and lookbook planning.**

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Accessory Design, Leather Design, or Product Design** (NIFT, NID, or equivalent preferred).
- Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CorelDRAW**.
- Strong understanding of **materials, hardware, and construction techniques**.
- A keen eye for **detail, trend relevance, and functionality.**:
