**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architect Solutions**: Design, architect, and oversee implementation of large-scale machine learning systems and data pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead a cross-functional team of data engineers, full stack developers, and data analysts to develop end-to-end solutions.
- **Cloud Deployment**: Architect solutions using cloud services (AWS, Docker, S3, Lambda, Sagemaker) and implement AIOps pipelines for production environments.
- **Data Analysis & Insights**: Conduct exploratory data analysis and design advanced machine learning models for tasks such as anomaly detection, recommendation systems, customer behavior prediction, and other use cases.
- **Collaboration**: Work with stakeholders to define business problems and design appropriate solutions, ensuring the alignment of technology with business objectives.
- **Documentation & Code Quality**: Ensure high-quality documentation of the solution architecture, data flow, and data pipelines. Establish coding best practices across the team.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend best practices, tools, and frameworks to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Technical Expertise**:

- **Programming Languages**: Python, SQL, R, Java, React (optional)
- **Machine Learning Frameworks**: TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, PySpark, Transformers, CNN, RNN, LLM, NLP
- in depth in one or more.
- **Data Tools**: Pandas, NumPy, Tableau, Kafka, Kubernetes
- **Cloud Services**: AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, Sagemaker, DynamoDB), Docker, Serverless
- **Experience**:

- **5+ years** of experience in AI/ML development roles, with proven success in architecting innovative & fault tolerant solutions.
- Experience leading teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
- Expertise in handling large datasets and designing scalable data pipelines.
- Experience in model deployment and AIOps in production environments.
- **Education**: B. Tech in Computer Science /Data Science/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or related field from a reputed institution such as NIT.
- Achievements in setting automated and AI powered Data pipelines /Dev Ops pipelines

Pay: Up to ₹2,800,000.00 per year
