**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target new customers in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical machinery such as tablet presses, capsule fillers, coating machines, granulators, and packaging equipment.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase market share.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and promote brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to tailor solutions based on client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients post-sale for feedback and future business.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences,
- 1-5 years of sales or marketing experience in pharmaceutical machinery
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process and machinery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently (domestically or internationally).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in B2B sales or industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (GMP, USFDA, WHO) in pharma manufacturing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
