Fnb Captain

**Job Title**: F&B Captain
**Location**: Peninsula Redpine Hotel, Andheri East
**Department**: Food & Beverage
**Reports To**: F&B Manager / Restaurant Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of F&B service staff.
- Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and suggest beverage pairings to guests.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints and provide effective resolutions.
- Train and mentor service staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
- Ensure all tables are set according to hotel standards before and after service.
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-4 years** of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant hospitality qualification.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations and customer service standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
