**Job Title**: F&B Associate
**Location**: Peninsula Redpine Hotel, Andheri East

**Reports To**: F&B Captain / Restaurant Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Assist in setting up tables and ensuring proper arrangements before service.
- Address guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Support the restaurant team in daily operations and event setups.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols in compliance with hotel policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-2 years** of experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant hospitality qualification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
