**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective media plans for outdoor advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget constraints.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, audience demographics, and competitor strategies to inform media planning decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, creative, and operations to gather necessary information and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Utilize media planning tools and software to forecast reach, frequency, and other key performance metrics.
- Negotiate and secure optimal media placements, including billboards, transit advertising, and other outdoor formats, while maximizing value for clients.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and innovative advertising formats to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and suppliers to leverage partnerships and secure competitive rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that incorporate outdoor advertising into broader campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for outdoor advertising.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in media planning, preferably with a focus on outdoor advertising.
- Strong understanding of media planning principles, including reach, frequency, and GRPs.
- Proficiency in media planning tools and software, such as Nielsen, Kantar, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative advertising solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
- Familiarity with the local market in Hyderabad and understanding of regional advertising trends is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
