Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)
- Interpret and communicate the insights with advanced visuals
- Build data ingestion pipelines (with data sourced from SFTP, third party API and/or web scrapping) and design database schemas for that data
- Assist in the development of database solutions utilising technologies including SQL Server, SSIS, Python, Azure Data Factory and Power BI.
- Productionize the solution when as and when needed (build CI/CD pipelines with the help of friendly DevOps engineer)

Additional Responsibilities:

- Generally, solves problems independently, but seeks help from team when needed
- Can identify potential data inaccuracies and will manage any requests required to fix an error
- Work with other data engineers to construct data transformations
- Document technical solution designs based on client and business analyst led requirements.
- Partake in scoping, planning and requirements analysis, through to discovery, design, development, testing and deployment of each story.
- Ensure development requirements align with our standards and policies, and with industry best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry technology innovations, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions.
- Source/ Identify the Problem.
- Develop and deploy the Solution.
- Engage with Stakeholders/End Users to Validate and Productionise the Solution
