**Responsibilities**:
The Trainee Company Secretary role will involve a variety of tasks, including drafting and reviewing and preparing various company secretarial documents. The Trainee will also be responsible for learning about the company's corporate governance structure and procedures.
- Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, shareholder agreements, and employment contracts.
- Maintain the company's corporate governance records and procedures.
- Learn about the company's business operations and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree and preferably doing company sectorial
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
