**Introduction**:
**FOTOME** is on the lookout for a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving engagement across various digital platforms. If you're passionate about leveraging digital channels to connect with audiences and drive business growth, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including posts, images, and videos, to foster community engagement and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing initiatives.
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Monitor and manage online reputation, including responding to customer inquiries and reviews on social media and review platforms.
- Stay informed about changes in digital marketing technology and trends, and implement new tools and techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of two years in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with audiences effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work and achieving measurable results.
- Experience with graphic design tools and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
