**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules to prevent equipment failures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production staff to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks to support production schedules.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, including testing and calibration.
- Monitor facility systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and address issues promptly to maintain a safe and comfortable working environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Keep abreast of advancements in maintenance technology and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
