**Executive - **Capacity Control

**General Description:
This role is to optimize the cargo capacity of a group of flights in order to maximize their revenue contribution to network, finding the right balance between load factor and yield. He or She will manage the flights over their booking cycle by forecasting the cargo capacity, setting inventory controls and overbooking levels and filtering the demand.

He or She will need to monitor the performance of flights and take proactive and corrective actions. He or She will set overbooking levels for each flight based on forecasted no shows/low shows to avoid revenue loss.

Holder of this position will actively monitor the utilization of the allocated space in order to avoid empty space at the time of departure and signal significant deviations and trends.

**Responsibilities**:
**Revenue maximisation**:
Drive the inventory management strategy of the assigned regions to maximise revenue efficiency.

Evaluate the monthly capacity plan and recommend optimal capacity plan for cargo carriage, including freighter aircraft and adhoc sector operations.

Lead periodic route revenue performance analysis to identify revenue opportunities and drive improvements.

Collaborate with commercial team leads to solicit support for network needs and improve revenue quality.

**Inventory management**:
Manage overbooking level in accordance to the latest trend of booking cancellation and no-shows.

Balance spill and spoil by reviewing hurdle rate and space availability setting in relation to expected demand against capacity supply.

**Revenue process and system**:
Develop structured measurement mechanism to track success and failure and suggest improvement actions.

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of Cargo reservation and tracking system, overall cargo operations and set up is necessary. You also need to have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel) and should be a graduate in commerce.
