At **Ristara Foods Pvt. Ltd.**, we’re building a scalable model to bring **Andhra’s rich vegetarian cuisine** to the national stage. Originally launched in 2021 as **Babai Tiffins**, we’ve grown from a breakfast-focused QSR brand in Bangalore to a diversified food business serving thousands daily — across dine-in, delivery, and packaged products like **podis, pickles, sweets, and savories**.

**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a **hands-on and creative Marketing Executive** to lead and execute key marketing functions — from social media and content creation to offline campaigns and influencer partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who’s excited to work in a fast-growing food brand and loves being part of both strategy and execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute offline & online marketing campaigns
- Manage and grow our **social media presence** (posts, reels, engagement)
- Design **creatives, posters, menus, and promotional collaterals** (basic graphic skills required)
- Edit videos for **Reels, Shorts, and product campaigns**:

- Run basic **performance marketing campaigns** and track metrics
- Coordinate with **influencers, and internal teams** for campaigns and events
- Ensure **consistent brand messaging** across all channels

**Skills Required**:

- Passion for **food and retail marketing**:

- Familiarity with design tools like **Canva, Photoshop** (basic level)
- Video editing using tools like **CapCut, InShot, VN**, or similar
- Knowledge of social media platforms and campaign trends
- Strong **communication and coordination** abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
