Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

**Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis
- Create SEO roadmaps and prioritize optimization initiatives
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics and KPIs

**Technical SEO**
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations
- Optimize website architecture, URL structure, and internal linking
- Ensure proper implementation of schema markup and structured data
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and page speed performance
- Collaborate with development teams on SEO-friendly website updates

**Content Optimization**
- Optimize existing content for target keywords and user intent
- Provide SEO guidance for content creation and editorial teams
- Develop content briefs and optimization recommendations
- Create and maintain SEO content guidelines and best practices

**Analysis & Reporting**
- Track and report on organic search performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms
- Conduct regular SEO audits and competitor analysis
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Present monthly SEO performance reports to stakeholders

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrated results
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and tag management
- Experience with technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, and site architecture
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise-level websites and complex SEO challenges
- Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO best practices
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and SEO plugins
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications
