
Back Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Support**: Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- **Data Management**: Entering and maintaining accurate data in company databases, managing files and records (both physical and digital), and ensuring data accuracy.
- **Document Processing**: Assisting with the preparation and processing of various documents, including reports, invoices, and other paperwork.
- **Communication & Coordination**: Facilitating communication between different departments, acting as a liaison, and ensuring information flows smoothly.
- **Vendor Management**: Assisting with vendor communication, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- **Office Management**: Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and overall office organization.
- **Policy & Procedure Implementation**: Supporting the implementation of company policies and procedures.
- **Project Support**: Assisting with project coordination and providing support to project teams.
- **Other Duties**: Performing various other administrative and support tasks as needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
