**Lead Data Scientist**

As the Lead Data Scientist, you will be working hands on day to day, driving the development and implementation of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping the data strategy, guiding the team in extracting meaningful insights from large datasets, and ensuring the successful deployment of data-driven solutions to meet business objectives.

**As a Lead Data Scientist, you will**:

- Data Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives.-
- Identify and prioritize data science opportunities that drive business value.-
- Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning:- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics and machine learning models.- Ensure the team is utilizing state-of-the-art techniques and technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Data Governance and Quality:
- Establish and enforce data governance practices to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in analytics.-
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and integrity.-
- Collaboration:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data science initiatives.-
- Work closely with IT and business leaders to integrate data science solutions into existing business processes.-
- Innovation:- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics.-
- Foster a culture of innovation within the data science team.-
- Performance Measurement:- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of data science initiatives.-
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of data science solutions.-
- Communication:- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Prepare and present regular updates and reports to senior management.

**What we expect you will bring to the table**:

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.- Proven experience 5-6 years leading and managing data science teams.-
- Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analytics.-
- Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python or R.-
- Demonstrated success in implementing data science solutions that drive business impact.-
- Strong communication and leadership skills.-
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure) is a plus.- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards related to data.
