Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Interior Site Supervisor to join our growing team. You will be the on-site point of contact ensuring the smooth execution of interior design projects — from coordination with vendors to supervising workers and maintaining timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house design team
- Interpret drawings and ensure accurate on-site execution
- Maintain project timelines and ensure quality control
- Monitor site safety and cleanliness
- Provide daily updates and progress reports
- Resolve on-site challenges efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2-5 years) in interior project execution/site supervision
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to different project sites (if applicable)
- Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp communication, and project tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
