**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including lectures, discussions, problem-solving exercises, and practical demonstrations.
- Create a positive and conducive learning environment that fosters critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and examinations.
- **Student Support**:

- Address individual student needs and provide additional support to those who require assistance.
- Encourage active participation and collaboration among students.
- Motivate students to achieve their full potential in mathematics.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and submit lesson plans, attendance records, and other required documentation.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and other school-related activities as needed.
- Adhere to the school's policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching mathematics to secondary school students.
- Strong understanding of the secondary school mathematics curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

**Working Hours**:

- Part-time, flexible hours to be determined based on the needs of the school.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive compensation package based on qualifications and experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
