**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Delivery**: Develop and implement effective and engaging math lessons tailored to meet the needs of students in grades 4 to 8.
- **Curriculum Alignment**: Ensure lesson plans align with curriculum standards and learning goals, focusing on building a strong foundation in basic and intermediate math concepts.
- **Differentiated Instruction**: Adapt teaching methods to cater to various learning styles and abilities, including providing extra support for struggling students and challenging high achievers.
- **Assessment & Feedback**: Regularly evaluate and assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and quizzes, and provide constructive feedback.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and safe classroom environment that promotes respect and encourages learning.
- **Student Engagement**: Use interactive activities, technology, and group work to enhance student engagement and promote a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts.
- **Parental Communication**: Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with best practices in math education, including new tools, methods, and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Education.
- Freshers can also apply.
- 12th Pass can also apply.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of mathematics concepts suitable for middle school levels.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to love mathematics.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with other staff.
