Working closely with technical teams, product managers, and other departments to ensure the delivery of solutions meets client expectations.
7. Market Research:
Keeping updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
8. Sales Reporting:
Tracking and reporting sales activities, forecasts, and results to management using CRM systems or other tools.
Successful IT sales professionals typically possess strong communication skills, a good understanding of technology, excellent negotiation abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
