**Designation**:Junior** **Finance Assistant**
**Experience : 0 to 1 yr**

**Responsibilities**:

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Track and reconcile bank statements.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc.
- Petty Cash handling.
- Banking documents preparation.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Tally) (MSIT, tally course)
- Basic Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT etc.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
