Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality production standards and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives and develop creative concepts and storyboards.
- Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to capture high-quality footage both in-studio and on location.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Enhance video and audio quality, add effects, graphics, and animations as needed to produce engaging and visually appealing content.
- Manage video files, organize footage libraries, and maintain an organized workflow to ensure efficient editing and project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in videography, editing, and visual effects, and incorporate new technologies and best practices into projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Provide creative input and contribute ideas for new video content and concepts to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your videography and editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and video editing.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, visually stunning content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and learn new skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with color grading and color correction techniques.
- Knowledge of 3D animation and compositing software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects).
- Familiarity with photography and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Certifications or training in videography, editing, or related fields are desirable.
