**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and educational materials.
- Work closely with the marketing and educational teams to develop engaging and relevant video content that aligns with our brand’s vision and objectives.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of all video and audio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound gear.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos, adding effects, graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the final product.
- Review and ensure the final output meets the highest quality standards before publishing or sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in videography and video editing to continuously improve and innovate.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in creating creative content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects, premier pro).
