Job Description: Videographer and Video Editor

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Videography:

- Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots to capture compelling footage.
- Operate professional-grade video equipment, including cameras, tripods, stabilizers, and lighting setups.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio quality during filming.
- Conduct on-location shoots, including interviews, events, and product demonstrations.
- Adapt to different shooting environments and conditions to produce high-quality footage.
- Video Editing:

- Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos that align with project goals and objectives.
- Cut and assemble footage, add transitions, overlays, and effects to enhance visual appeal.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Color grade and adjust video elements to maintain visual consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with creative team members to develop innovative and compelling video concepts.
- Post-Production:

- Manage and organize video files and assets for efficient workflow.
- Review and revise edits based on feedback from stakeholders or clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of final video projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Optimize videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technology to continually improve skills and workflows.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on creative direction, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide creative input and contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and project meetings.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as graphic designers, writers, and marketing specialists, to integrate video content into broader marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of videography techniques, including camera operation, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, visual effects, and animation is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communication, or related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
